Specific sale conditions lots 70-87, March 29 2010
- The sale of lots 70-87 incl. on March 29 2010 as well as the payments will be done in Euros. Buyers have to pay immediately
for their purchases, which means that lots will be released to them only when full and cleared payment has been received.
Payment by money transfer on the Bernaerts Auctioneers bank account or by certified cheque will be accepted.
- Telephonic bidders are asked to register before March 28 at 00.00 h. (name, full address,
id-number, signature, lot number, bank guarantee are needed).
- In addition to the hammer price, the buyer has to pay a buyer’s premium (of
22%) + V.A.T., all strictly in cash and in Euros following this table:

- All items are assumed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated. Buyers are kindly
invited to carry out their own inspection of the lots they want to buy
- After the sale of lot 87 the possibility of bidding for the entire collection (lots 70-87 incl.) exists.
- After full payment, buyers are kindly requested to take away their purchases immediately after the auction, after
appointment with the sequester and after payment of the goods on the account of the curator.
- Bank guarantee is needed at the amount of 25.000 euros/lot:
a/ bank guarantee on the account of Bernaerts Auctioneers 111-2656241-87 (valid till April 15 2010) mentioning the lotnumber.
b/ with a transfer of 25.000 euros/lot on the account of Bernaerts Auctioneers 111-2656241-87 (iban
BE67.1112656241.87 and BIC ABERBE21° mentioning ‘Bankwaarborg topazen’ and lotnumber.
- On every purchase Belgian law only is applicable, and all cases of dispute are exclusively
to the competence of the Antwerp Chamber.
